The Himalayan Salt Solution

Also new to the Co-op's range of offerings is Karom Himalayan Crystal Salt. This special product is sourced from the Karakoram Range of the Himalaya Mountains, from pristine seams in rock strata formed 200 million years ago when the Indian sub-continent collided with the Asian plate.

Subjected to great pressure over aeons of time, this salt has a crystalline molecular structure much finer than sea salt.
